Kim Halligan is a Master Nail Technician, Brow Specialist and Trainer with nearly four decades of experience. Now based in Bomaderry, her extensive training began with a Professional Nail Technician Diploma and a Diploma in Beauty Therapy from TAFE NSW in the mid-1980s. These foundational courses started her on a path of lifelong learning and expertise in the nail and beauty industry.
Her journey in nail artistry began over 30 years ago and has been enriched by continuous professional development. This reflects her commitment to excellence and innovation in my field.
Her mission is to provide a safe, welcoming space where women can relax and immerse themselves in services and training that promote self-confidence and self-worth.
